A study and development of proposals for new regulatory methods of heat price for gas-fired heating plants

Description

BDHA initiated a study aiming to improve the existing methods of heat price regulation in Bulgaria. The new proposals sought to ensure fair compensation of the regulated companies, incentives for new investments, economic efficiency, transparency, consistency, and predictability. The proposals were then communicated to the Bulgarian regulatory authority (EWRC).
