The Black Sea Energy Research Centre (BSERC) is a Bulgarian non-governmental, non-profit organisation that brings together the knowledge and expertise of leading specialists in various fields of energy science and practice to support sustainable energy development at local and national levels, both in Bulgaria and the Black Sea countries.
To achieve these goals, the Centre prepares analyses and policy recommendations, models scenarios for development, conducts market research and analyses financing opportunities, engages stakeholders, studies consumer behavior, provides training, and promotes a wide range of energy-related issues.
