The goal of the project was to accelerate and make more sustainable RES-e utilization in Bulgaria, through identification of an appropriate regulatory policy. The particular objectives were to develop scenarios for RES-e penetration and to elaborate regulatory strategies for sustainable RES-e development.

The scope of activities included collection of information about RES-e technical potential, selection of scenarios, scenario modelling with minimal cost, results assessment and development of recommendation, dissemination of results.
