On December 1st, 2020, Dr. Lyulin Radulov passed away at the age of 82.

Dr. Radulov was Director of the Black Sea Energy Research Centre (BSERC) till May 2020 and of its predecessor the Black Sea Regional Energy Centre (BSREC) since its establishment.

He was a remarkable man, an exceptional professional and a respected energy expert in Bulgaria and abroad.
